Seth-Malkin

Seth Malkin became a partner at Levin and Malkin in 1996. His legal practice has been devoted primarily to representing people injured in all kinds of accidents. He is also skilled in handling wrongful death cases for decedents estates and for their loved ones.

Mr. Malkin has taken literally thousands of personal injury cases to their favorable conclusions. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases in the State, County, and local Courts. He has regularly appeared before the Appellate Division and before the Supreme Court, receiving affirmations of awards obtained for his clients.

Mr. Malkin’s aggressive litigation and tactful negotiating skills have enabled him to achieve millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Mr. Malkin is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. To become certified, a lawyer must receive recommendations from both lawyers and Judges, and must demonstrate excellent trial skills, must practice in a highly ethical manner, must demonstrate consistency in continuing legal education and must pass a rigorous examination of the Supreme Court. Less than 2% of all New Jersey lawyers are certified in Civil Litigation.

Mr. Malkin has also been designated a Super Lawyer. The distinguished honor of being selected as a Super Lawyer is reserved for only a limited 5% of all eligible lawyers and they must be selected by their peers.

Mr. Malkin graduated from Rutgers University in 1987 with a degree in economics and finance. He graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University Hall Law School in 1991. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and all New Jersey Federal Courts.
